A further minor de.po patch

Hi,

I attached another small patch against de.po which fixes again a few typos.

Strings such as %{year} %{title} are not translatable, right? A search
in po/ for %{ shows that it is often translated.

I suggest you add special comments in front of such strings via
/* TRANSLATORS: my comment */
as this will be copied into all po files (at least if you add 
--add-comments="TRANSLATORS:" to the gettext call).
