Artist renaming made easy

Good point. I think this may be an issue that will disappear once I get 
Tellico2 put together. People will be first-class objects, so to speak, so 
once you edit a name, it will apply everywhere.

Search/replace is another good idea. I'll add that to my task list to try to 
get to at some point.
