You're likely hitting a bug that was fixed in 1.2.7.

Upgrade to 1.2.8 if you're able.

The images may still be in your ~/.kde/share/apps/tellico/data/ directory, I 
don't know. The bug was a bit weird to track down and it manifested itself 
differently based on several different config options.

I do apologize. Losing data like that is not fun, I know.
