Lost Most Covers

Tellico saves pictures in ~/.kde/share/apps/tellico/data. Maybe you are
lucky and can find your pictures there.

I wonder about your version. I thought a similar bug was fixed in
version 1.2.7:
Fixed bug that could cause images to be lost when loading from data
file.
