Results from a bad sleep and call for packagers

Hi everyone,

Yes, I like cryptic subjects :)

So first, for people who wonder about my debian/ubuntu packages... Simply
put, October has been quite hectic, I just moved home, and I'm without a
correct internet connection at the moment, so packages won't be available
for a while, unfortunately.

Now, for the interesting stuff. I wasn't sleeping last night, so decided
to do some packaging-related work and testing on the trunk. Mostly, I've
been making sure everything is set to be installed where it should. That
goes for the icons, documentation, translations (more on that later), and
I got to what I hope is a pretty good situation. I successfully built and
installed debian packages from the trunk yesterday. So, if there is any
other distribution packager around, I would like any feedback from
attempts at making packages from the trunk.

Another thing I looked at was translations. I grabbed the example script
to update pot/po files from the KDE4 documentation, and it seemed to work,
though I'm not certain that the result was good. I will leave it to Robby
to decide whether he wants to update the files or not. That made me notice
what seems to be a bug in the CMake script for Gettext. Basically, It
won't work if you use cmake 2.6.1 or 2.6.2, so I disabled the .mo build
and installation for now.

Also, while testing, I noticed a couple of issues I hadn't seen before.
First, if I try to open a file, the open dialog won't display any file.
Second, I had a crash every time I tried to save a modified entry. I
couldn't get a debug trace, but will try that later.

I'm sure I'm forgetting something, so if anybody has questions, please
don't hesitate to ask.

Regis
