Tellico 1.3.3 upcoming

It's all over KDE here (KDE4, but i remember it happening in KDE3 as well), so 
it's not just Tellico. They only become unsynced when you use shift+delete to 
cut text (I hit them close enough together that it happens often). Klipper 
doesn't pick up on it. That's the cause that I've tracked down.
