Automatic Preview not working for me in Tellico

Hi

I am new to this group and I hope someone can help me with this issue. My wife did fix this problem before but it has been a while since I used the program.

Anyway, here goes. I am using Tellico to create a CD Collection. I like to add covers to my collection. When I want to preview a cover, the Automatic Preview simply does not work. The image does not appear at all. The box is also checked for the Automatic Preview.

I hope someone here is aware of the fix. Any help is appreciated.
