final KDE3 version release upcoming

Hi, too,

And as an information for people using Debian testing, the transition to
KDE4 will start imeediately after the Lenny release. Tellico 1.3,
hopefully 1.3.5 can and will stay there, but with some bits disabled
(namely cddb and pim integration).
