Problem sorting the filter view

Hi Regis,

Actually,  I'm pretty sure I've got all the appropriate development
stuff already installed.  (for instance, I have both qt3 and qt4).  I
think it is just a matter of the configuration file not finding
things, which means I just have to take the time to go through the
configuration script to figure out where it expects to find each
missing piece and creating symlinks for them.  Not a huge problem, but
I just haven't taken the couple of hours to fiddle with it yet.  If
the experts think that my version of Tellico might be the issue for
the non-sorting, I'll happily get the newer version built and running;
I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing an easier solution first.
