For generic collections, the title gets a weight of 2 and every other fields 
gets a weight of 1, the sum of weight*score must be > 10 to be a possible 
match. It was first in version 1.2.14. 

The changelog from 2007-08-03:
 * Updated entry updating to work with all collection types

For the initial search,. I guess there could be some AND boxes to combine 
searches, like kbib, for example.
