Copy&Paste from Entry View?

Hi there,

I noticed that copy&paste does not work from the Entry View.

If you select some text in the entry view and press Ctrl-C or use Edit/Copy, the selected text should be transferred to the clipboard and be available for pasting (Ctrl-V) in other programs. This does not seem to happen.

The mouse-select and middle-button paste does work, but this uses a slightly different mechanism on X11 and a very different mechanism in Qt.

Could others check and confirm this? The mechanism may depend on the environment (I am using KDE 4.2rc2) so it would be interesting to see if it can be reproduced.
