possibly removing amazon API support

Wow,  Glad I make next to nil use Amazon.  I wouldn't expect you to agree 
to those conditions.  We users should agree that the principal use of 
Tellico is for us, not Amazon.  I hope this topic brings a lot of 
comments.  Strong arm Microsoft type tactics seems to me.

Seems like so far some users need Amazon,  there must be some other source 
for covers  that they need.  If they were important to me, I'd scan my 
DVD's,  books etc.
