From the code, it looks like it's all based on v4l. I know I got it working 
at one point, but I can't remember if I compiled my local version of Tellico 
1.3.5 with webcam support or not, and I've basically removed all the KDE3 
libraries from my local machine. So I'm really sorry that I can't check to 
see what's wrong.

I apologize, I guess there's some "advertised" capability that isn't showing 
up for you.
