new Tellico website

Hi folks,

Concurrent with releasing Tellico version 2.0 for KDE4, I wanted to 
transition to a dedicated website. I published just about all the same 
content at http://tellico-project.org and I welcome your comments.

I'll work on redirecting the old pages here shortly, but they'll stay up for 
now, so there's no link-rot.

I'm working on moving the mailing list to be hosted by KDE, I think.

I haven't decided whether to add a forum or not. I think I've mentioned a 
couple of times on this list that I prefer email for answering questions. 
But I understand that it's a bit harder to search, etc.

This is the first time I've ever worked with drupal. So some things may be 
broken. :)
