[xenpreview-dev] XEN + Intel VT + NetWare

Both Intel-VT and AMD-V processors have support for virtualization in
hardware. All this means is that one can implement a hypervisor that
could potentially host unmodified operating systems. Operating systems
have "real mode" code that needs to be supported to be able to run them
in fully virtualized mode. AMD has better support for real mode code
than Intel - AMD supports the so called "paged real mode" while on the
Intel-VT the real mode has to be fully emulated. The real mode emulation
code on Intel-VT is deficient currently.
