I have rights now and built the packages but after discussing this with 
team members we decided not to put the libvirt packages on xen preview.  
The tools that require libvirt are not ready for consumption anyway so 
just install with --nodeps and you should be fine.

A future update will either have the dependency removed or we will 
provide libvirt packages at that time.
