Windows does not support paravirtualization, so there is no kernel to specify.  You need to run it using full virtualization.  To do this, you need a machine with VT support (Intel VT or AMD-V).

If you have such a machine, click "Virtualization Mode" on the summary screen in yast; you can then select "Full Virtualization".  Then, back on the summary screen, select your CD/DVD drive or ISO to install Windows from.
