[xenpreview-dev] Support for migration with VMX-domains

No, VMX guests can't be migrated/saved/restored.  There's a lot of state in the virtualized devices, and there's no code to save or restore that.

I seem to recall XenSource mentioning it as a to-do at one point in the past, but now I can't find a reference for that.  So I don't know if anyone is working on it.
