Probably not, but it clearly depends on environment and the exact reason for the panic.
You would need to provide technical detail (platform architecture and all the information
accompanying the panic) to tell.

Hello,

I added a second networkcard Realtec 8169S-32, and have now a kernel panic at 
boot time with XEN.

With "normal" boot, all is OK 

is this a known Problem
