[xenpreview-dev] Skip graphical welcome-message of SL/SLES 10

We are attempting to get this fixed for the SLES 10 release.  Note that
this is only a problem on VT machines, and is due to the real-mode code
emulation.

In the mean-time, however, you can work around this by installing with
Standard VGA instead of Cirrus Logic emulation (or, in the config file,
set "stdvga=1").

After installation, you can disable the splash screen in grub.  Once
that's done, you can re-enable Cirrus Logic support so that your video
is faster.
