Hi Gerd,

During a default install hda1 is set up to be the swap partition and
hda2 is the boot partition.  Could it be that you just need to change
your config file to have hda2's in the place of your hda1's?  That
default changed around SLES 10 Beta 8 or 9 and lots of people have seen
a similar issue.
