thanks for responding.

I had another look on my handmade config file and found that I have made a
very dumb typing error:

This should read /xen/celles/hda. There is no directory /etc/abba.

Maybe xm could issue a little more helpful error message helping such dumb
users like me ...

Anyway, it boots !
