[xenpreview-dev] maximum vm memory and cpus allowed through yast vm tool

For SLES 10, 4 vcpus is the maximum supported in a paravirtualized guest.  That is to say, that even though more will work, Novell Technical Support will only provide support for VMs with 4 vcpus or less.  Therefore, the tool was restricted to limit the selection to 4.

As for the memory, I believe the values were arbitrarily selected, but as you mentioned, the user is free to enter whatever value they desire.
