[xenpreview-dev] fuser not working!

Hello.

Forgive me for cutting and pasting some of my previous message; this IS
a different issue.

We're presently running the current release of Xen for SuSE 10.1 on
x86_64. All guests also presently run the current SuSE 10.1 release. For
some reason, fuser on guests doesn't work properly. For example, tomcat
is running properly, is  visible through netstat listening on port 8080.
Yet, `fuser -n tcp 8080` returns nothing. Some processes, like smtp, do
show up, but apache and tomcat do not.

I haven't found any documentation of this issue online, or in this list.
I suspect this is something I should submit as a bug report, but thought
I'd consult here first.
