[xenpreview-dev] yast virtual machine management (xen) tools - single user only?

We created multiple virtual machines using the default networking, which
is dhcp.  Two people wanted to look at their virtual machines using the
view option of the yast virtual machine management tools.  We used the
view option since we did not assign fixed ip addresses and therefore
could not ssh into the virtual machines.  When the second person
attempts to open the virtual machine management part of yast, he gets an
error stating that another process is accessing the package database.
Is this the way yast xen was designed to work... such that only one user
can use the yast xen management tools at a time?
