Someone had tryed to use Xen with Heartbeat to get High availability cluster
?
We have 2 nodes. they are our Dom0.
On each node there's 2 DomU, one active and one passive.
Node1 failed, then heartbeat start the passive DomU on Node2
After few hours Node1 become available, so heartbeat shutdown the so called
"passive" DomU on Node2 then restart it on Node1.. but there's is downtime
around twice the time it take to start the DomU when the first node
crashed... it's bad cuz we all know it's possible to live migrate the VM..
Is it possible to tell heartbeat to live migrate this VM when it's original
node come back ?
I searched in google and in the script... there's nothing like that
currently in the heartbeat module.. Maybe someone already did this!
Thanks
