[xenpreview-dev] W2K3 NTFS failure

Installing with Windows 2003 R2 does work correctly, installing with
Windows 2003 does not. Is Novell going to address this, or specify
exactly what is supported?

I'm currently testing on a SLES 10 SP1 base, with xen changeset 13100
(3.0.4 proper). With this, Windows 2003 R2 formats NTFS just fine.

I realize that's a lot of variables different compared to your setup.
I'd ask our QA guys if they've seen this problem, but they all started
the holidays a day early.

Is there anything interesting in the /var/log/xen/qemu-dm*.log file, or
output from "xm dmesg", right after the crash occurs? And is it a crash
of the install program, or of the entire VM?

Thanks,
Charles
