[xenpreview-dev] Netware 6.5 and XEN

I am trying to install a fully-virtualized version of Netware 6.5 in XEN
using an ISO image, however at boot of the VM it cannot find either the
hard drive or cd rom, and fails to boot.  If I use a windows iso image
it recognizes everything and boots correctly.
